The young employees who are currently working in the drive in are probably the most unfriendly and lazy employees I've ever seen. Unfortunately, food is often cold & unfortunately not particularly appetizing ... Here a quality and personnel check would be appropriate ....

Every few years we start a new attempt in the hope that something has improved. The whole meal was like the day before. This is really a waste of money. There are no quality controls by Mc Donalds.

I went there especially to order some food. Wanted a long chicken without mayonnaise because my wife is pregnant and when I got home it was on the long chicken mayonnaise. The staff are nice and friendly ... only used MäcDrive. It was quick and as always ... it was tasty.

Never here again. 10 min on the mcdrive loudspeaker. Were ignored .. Service desert Germany. Employees totally overwhelmed.

A bitter disappointment to be able to experience something like that from a fast chain restaurant !! The fries were just raw & cold ... With the Big Mac it was quite disastrous ... Cold and dry as if it were from the day before. ... and under the burger it was muddy covered with moisture, the salad was very brown in many places ... have a nice day

I honestly don't know where to start. The atmosphere here is indescribably dirty. All employees lack knowledge of German and generally lack of competence (they speak to each other at a very high volume). Ultimately, this means that a lot is missing or misunderstood in the order. Apart from that, you do not have an overview of the Corona measures you have set up yourself and do not follow them. The majority don't even wear a mask, let alone anyone. On top of all of this, the food and service is grossly poor. And above all, as a girl, it is important to me that these looks from the men resemble sexual harassment. Employees arriving late for service are loudly called to account in front of other employees and customers. Likewise, problems, both private and operational, are discussed in small groups so that every customer is informed about the private life of various people. Doesn't work at all.

Unfortunately you could only order in the drive in. The tables outside were also not allowed to be used. But I got it relatively quickly and everything was fresh. One star less because of the closed restaurant.

The service did not understand me linguistically (not in a derogatory sense). Ordering 2 hamburgers, 1 Mc Ribb and 6 nuggets took about 15 minutes. The toilets were apparently clean, but were very grumpy. Otherwise the food is as usual, you can order via a display and it will be brought to the table.

A star only because of the possibility to give a rating. Today after a long time 30 euros were spent in the drive in and all dishes, including chips, were only lukewarm! People find you a decent restaurant and spend your well-earned money better on good food and service. MC never sees me again.

Not a healthy diet, Desperate quality and even worse tastes, all loaded with carbs, For God's sake, should a hamburger be put in a sweet pastry!? Despite all this, the bad and unkind service does not surprise me.

They don’t speak English, are rude, and talk about you in German to the other customers. Awful service.

Shocking breakfast, terrible chocolate croissant.

First attempt: they forgot 2 drinks for menus. (After 10 minutes waiting time) I complained, they gave me a wrong soft drink (ordered Coke Zero and got a peach icetea) 2nd attempt: ordered a zero again, after 22 minutes I stopped the staff for asking where is my order, when they informed me, they run out for zero. :O If I don't ask they don't tell? Toilet - no disinfectant, hand dryer doesn't work...
